Three districts and 45 schools participated in the successful implementation of the Training of Trainers (TOT) program for teachers. The objective of this initiative was to equip educators with modern teaching tools to enhance their instructional effectiveness. The program was designed to provide both subject knowledge and practical strategies for increasing student engagement through experiential learning.

The Department of Education and Inveskids collaborated on this program, creating a platform for knowledge sharing, skill development, and the improvement of teaching materials. Teachers attended a series of workshops covering topics such as financial literacy education, classroom leadership, and the development of appropriate instructional materials for elementary school students. The importance of incorporating real-life examples into daily lessons was also emphasized, encouraging students to connect classroom learning with their everyday experiences.
