Our program also encourages the recycling of used tennis balls from various tennis courts across Semarang as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and financial education for students. Through this initiative, we aim to reduce waste while promoting greater awareness about the importance of recycling and responsible resource management.
Used tennis balls that are no longer utilized on the courts are collected and managed properly so they can still provide value instead of becoming environmental waste. By recycling and selling these tennis balls, the program is able to generate additional funds that can support students in learning the importance of saving money from an early age.
The proceeds from the sale of recycled tennis balls are used as additional savings capital for the students. Through this activity, students not only learn about environmental responsibility, but also gain practical experience in financial literacy, including saving, managing money wisely, and understanding how small actions can create meaningful benefits for the future.
