The Inveskids program organized a Market Day activity for students to help them learn the fundamentals of entrepreneurship in a fun and practical way. During the activity, students took turns acting as buyers and sellers through a rotating system, allowing them to experience real buying and selling situations. This approach helped each student understand different aspects of a transaction while also developing responsibility, confidence, and communication skills.
Students also participated in hands on business activities, such as selling products, setting prices, and handling payments. Through these experiences, they learned basic financial and entrepreneurial skills in a real-world context. As young entrepreneurs, the students were encouraged to think creatively and independently. They also learned that dedication and effort can help them earn money through selling.
After earning money from their sales, students were introduced to the importance of managing their finances wisely. The Inveskids team taught them the value of saving money for the future, helping them develop financial awareness and saving habits from an early age. Overall, the Market Day activity in the Inveskids program provided students with valuable learning opportunities that enhanced their entrepreneurial abilities, financial management skills, and positive habits.
